About Us

Reports, Inc. has specialized in medical collections since 1960. Providing prompt, ethical, personal and effective client services is a priority of our company. Our services and staff are insured, bonded and licensed. We are a long time member of the American Collectors Association and Tennessee Collectors Association.

All staff members are trained and required not only to follow FDCPA and state laws, but also Reports, Inc. and client compliance, policy and procedures. The staff is comprised of professionals trained in collections with several of our employees having more than 30 years experience within our company. These long term employees work closely with newer employees to pass on the knowledge that they have accumulated throughout the years in addition to traditional training methods. Our staff provides an honest and reliable collection service with proven results that our clients deserve.

We respond to our clients timely, courteously and professionally. Each client is not only valued but treated as such whether they have listed accounts for the first time or have been working with us for years. Our emphasis is on client satisfaction while improving profitability by increasing cash flow through delinquent account recovery. We customize services and relationships to fit our clients' needs.
